Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sovereignblueprintconsulting.com (the "Site") and the consulting services provided by Sovereign Blueprint Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We provide business consulting services, including Business Structuring, Business Credit Consulting, Capital Readiness Consulting, and custom consulting packages. The scope of each engagement is described on the Site or in a written quote provided to you.
2. Nature of Services; No Professional Advice
Our services are consulting and educational in nature. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial institution, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult a licensed attorney or accountant for advice specific to your situation.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Outcomes depend on your business, your actions, and decisions made by third parties such as government agencies, credit bureaus, banks, and vendors. We do not guarantee any specific result, approval, score, or outcome.
4. Fees and Payment
- Business Structuring: $1,500 flat fee.
- Business Credit Consulting and Capital Readiness Consulting: $500 per hour.
- Custom packages: as quoted in writing during your consultation.
Payment is due as stated at the time of booking or in your written quote. State filing fees and other third-party fees, if any, are separate. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, to respond to requests in a timely manner, and to make your own final business decisions. We are not responsible for delays or results caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
7. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services, except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, and all materials we create and provide to you, are owned by Sovereign Blueprint Consulting. You may use materials provided to you for your own internal business purposes only and may not resell or redistribute them.
9. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovereign Blueprint Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sovereign Blueprint Consulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your provision of inaccurate information.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County or Cobb County, Georgia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
