Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all consulting services purchased from Sovereign Blueprint Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or paying for a service, you agree to this policy.

1. Hourly Consulting Sessions

Business Credit Consulting and Capital Readiness Consulting are billed at $500 per hour.

• Cancellation 48 hours or more before the session: you may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session: you may reschedule once at no charge within 30 days. If you choose not to reschedule, the payment is non-refundable.
• No-shows: if you do not attend a scheduled session and do not contact us within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is considered completed and is non-refundable.
• Completed sessions: once a consulting session has taken place, it is non-refundable.

2. Business Structuring Service ($1,500)

• Before work begins: if you cancel before we begin work on your engagement, you will receive a full refund.
• After work begins: once we have begun work (for example, holding your initial consultation, preparing documents, or submitting any registration or filing), the fee is non-refundable for work already performed. If you cancel partway through, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund for any portion of the service that has not yet been started.
• After the service is completed: no refunds are issued once the service has been completed.
• Third-party fees: state filing fees, registered agent fees, and other amounts paid to third parties on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted.

3. Custom Consulting Packages

Custom packages are scoped and quoted in writing during your consultation. Any cancellation or refund terms specific to a custom package will be stated in that written quote. Where the quote is silent, the terms in Section 2 apply.

4. Rescheduling by Sovereign Blueprint Consulting

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a new time. If no mutually convenient time is available, you will receive a full refund for that session.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Our fees are for consulting, guidance, and preparation services. Decisions made by government agencies, credit bureaus, banks, and other third parties are outside our control. Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of any third-party decision.

6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel, reschedule, or request a refund, email chief@sovereignblueprintconsulting.com with your name, the service purchased, and the date of purchase. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
